I have been to Mt Barnwell in east Texas and it was a lot of fun.  My truck is not lifted but does have mud tires.  They have trails of different ratings.  Be sure to stop at the entrance house and ask about any new trail problems.  Check them out at http://www.texasmotorizedtrails.com/.
